1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [To be confirmed: legal entity name] (“Serpify”, “we”, “us”), of [To be confirmed: registered address] . They apply when you create an account or use the Serpify application, its API or its MCP server (together, the “service”). If you use the service for an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation and confirm you are allowed to.
If you don’t agree to these terms, don’t use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least [To be confirmed: minimum age] years old to use the service. The service is intended for business and professional use.
You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate, for keeping your password and any API tokens secure, and for activity under your account. You can protect your account with two-factor authentication or a passkey. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner can invite others as admins, members or view-only clients, and is responsible for who they invite and what access they give.
3. The Serpify service
Serpify helps you monitor search visibility. It tracks Google rankings and search results, collects answers from AI assistants to the questions you add, and provides keyword research, competitor analysis, reports and alerts. What is included in each plan is described on our pricing page and in the application.
Search results, AI answers and third-party data change constantly and come from services we don’t control. Figures in Serpify are measurements and samples taken at a point in time, not guarantees of what any person will see.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges for your plan and any add-ons until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and may exclude taxes.
Payment details are entered with Razorpay. Serpify does not receive or store your full card details.
If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it. If payment is not completed, your subscription may be paused or end, and paid features may stop until it is resolved.
You can change your plan from billing settings. Changes are handled according to your current billing period and the options shown when you make the change.
5. Free trial
New accounts can try Serpify free for 14 days without a payment card. There is one trial per account, and it starts when you create your first workspace. Trial accounts have their own, smaller allowances. When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you choose a plan.
6. Plan limits and fair use
Each plan has limits, such as projects, tracked keywords, AI questions and monthly allowances, shown on the pricing page and in the application. When you reach a limit, the related feature stops or waits until the allowance renews or you change plan. A fair-usage budget also applies to on-demand data and AI requests to keep the service sustainable for everyone.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, through the service;
- try to get around plan limits, usage budgets or access controls, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- interfere with or overload the service, or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without our written permission;
- resell or provide the service to others as your own product, except by sharing reports and client access as the service allows;
- use the service to send spam or unlawful communications, including through report schedules or webhooks;
- copy or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
8. Third-party services
Serpify relies on third-party services to work, including data providers for search results, keyword data and AI answers, and the payment provider. If you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Slack, or send data to your own webhooks, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their content, including what AI assistants say.
9. Your data and inputs
You keep your rights in the content you add to Serpify, such as projects, keywords, questions, branding and notes, and in the reports produced from it (“your data”). You give us the permission we need to host, process and display your data to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for having the right to add your data and to connect any account you connect, and for the people you share reports or client links with. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Intellectual property
Serpify, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service while your account is active; they don’t transfer any ownership.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features, data sources or AI engines, for example when a provider changes or stops a service.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or has unpaid charges. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
14. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan from billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, the plan doesn’t renew, and add-on packs end with the plan.
You can delete your user account from your profile settings. Deleting your account also deletes the workspaces you own. Cancel any paid plan before deleting your account.
15. Disclaimers
Serpify reports what search engines and AI assistants show at the time of each check. It doesn’t control those results and can’t promise any ranking, visibility, mention, traffic or business outcome. Recommendations and action plans are suggestions for you to evaluate.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
If an indemnity is agreed, it will be set out here.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by [To be confirmed: governing law] . The courts of [To be confirmed: courts / venue] have jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in advance by email or in the application.
20. Contact
